1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using ReviewShield ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of ReviewShield at reviewerpos.online.

2. Description of Service

ReviewShield is a SaaS platform that helps businesses:

  • Connect their Google Business Profile and sync reviews
  • Generate AI-powered reply suggestions for Google reviews
  • Detect potentially fake or policy-violating reviews
  • Flag reviews for removal via Google's reporting tools
  • Manage reply tone settings per star rating

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a registered business owner or authorized representative to use ReviewShield. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to connect your Google Business Profile to our platform.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Google Account Authorization

ReviewShield requires you to grant access to your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to:

  • Read your Google Business Profile reviews
  • Post replies to reviews on your behalf when instructed by you
  • Access your business location information

You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings or from your ReviewShield dashboard. ReviewShield will not post any reply without your explicit action or pre-configured automatic reply settings.

6. Subscription and Payments

ReviewShield offers three paid plans:

  • Starter: ₹4,999/month — up to 1 business location
  • Pro: ₹12,999/month — up to 5 locations + advanced features
  • Enterprise: ₹29,999/month — unlimited locations + priority support

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ReviewShield to post false, misleading, or defamatory replies on Google
  • Use the platform to generate or post fake reviews
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
  • Use the Service in violation of Google's Terms of Service or Policies
  • Share your account with others or resell access to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. AI-Generated Content

ReviewShield uses OpenAI's GPT models to generate reply suggestions. AI-generated replies are suggestions only — you are fully responsible for reviewing and approving any reply before it is posted to Google. We are not liable for any AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReviewShield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that fake review detection will be 100% accurate. Review flagging tools are advisory; we cannot guarantee Google will remove any flagged review.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewShield and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content of ReviewShield is owned by its operators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
